Lady Angler Tournament 6-4-11

I had the best team put together this year! I had all the Gelow's on the boat: Shawna, Mary, Jenna and Jimmy. He was Ron's helper :-) We also had Shawna's friend, Sarah, fishing with us. Although we didnt place, we had a great time! We caught a total of 7 fish with the biggest being Jenna's. Her fish weighed 18.3 pounds and all the girls helped to get it in the boat.

It was a little cloudy in the morning but turned out to be a beautiful day! Margarita's, pre made by Captain Ron, made the day even better! :-)

Third Place Dolphin! Stiker Tournament 5-28-11

Two weekends in a row taking home a trophy! The Stiker Tournamet is the biggest tournament of the year. We had the same team put together as last weekend and did great once again! We won third place dolphin and third place in overall points. We even made it into the newspaper :-)

1st Place Wahoo!!! King of the Inlet Tournament # 2 of 3 5-21-11

This was the second tournament of three for the King of the Inlet series. Tiny, Doc, Jason, myself and Ron made a great team! Megan joined us as well who helped me take some great pictures. We won first place Wahoo that weighed 41.3 pounds! Currently, we are in third place with overall points for the series. We have a good chance of winning if we do well in the last tournament!

We hooked on to a sail fish, but didnt try to get him in as it would have taken a lot of our valuable time. Sail fish werent a part of the tournament.

A cute little moth came and landed on my finger. He hung out for a while :-)
